• The CT pumps are open or semi open single stage centrifugal pumps. They are manufactured in high finish and mechanical strong material stainless steel AISI 316L. The pump range meets the demands from a variety of today’s industry. After all, CT is still available at a very appealing price level. Various liquids The CT range has a very wide range of applications – from transfer of water, to pumping of mild chemicals. Now with the hygienic series CTH, the number of applications within food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries has increased dramatically. Below are typical examples: • Margarine, paraffin and chocolate (CTH) • Alcohols • CIP liquids, mild chemicals, detergents • Oils, coolants, water A very simple and ingenious design, with only 19 different components grants for easy and quick maintenance, in many cases completely maintenance free. The effect is very short down time and extremely low maintenance costs. Standard single mechanical seal provides a wide range of seal face materials – ceramic, graphite, SiC and o-rings in EPDM, FKM or FEP. The open impeller is insensitive for solids (max 6 mm). Semi open impeller for heavy duty applications is available as option. Casing and impeller components in glass blast stainless steel AISI 316L have a great compatibility with many mild chemicals. CTI A is the smallest in our range of centrifugal pumps, with 0.37 or 0.55 kW motor and a capacity of 12 m3/h. CTI B is the second smallest in our range of centrifugal pumps, with 0.75 kW motor and a capacity of 17 m3/h. CTI CC and CTI CE are mid sized pumps in our range of industrial centrifugal pumps, with 1.5-2.2 kW motor and a capacity of up to 34 m3/h. CTI DD and CTI DF pumps are the second biggest in the range of CT centrifugal pumps with motors 4 kW, capacity of up to 50 m3/h and max head 35 m. CTI EF and CTI EG pumps are the biggest in the range of CT centrifugal pumps with motor 5.5 and 7.5 kW (IEC 132), capacity of up to 60 m3/h and max head 47 m.
