Flomate Mains Boost and Flomate Mains Boost Extra pumps provide the simple solution to the problem of low water pressure. Their patented design solves the issue of low or intermittent mains water pressure. They are compact and can be connected directly to the incoming mains supply without the need for a break tank, making them suitable for use with a combi boiler. Flomate pumps ensure performance on demand. At times of low mains water pressure, the Stuart Turner Flomate mains boostpump is designed to provide an additional 1.5 bar to any existing mains pressure at a maximum flow rate of 12 l/min, meeting the requirements of most combination boilers. Flomate also features a built in bypass, which means that when the mains pressure exceeds 1.5 bar, the performance is not restricted. The pump will automatically start when a flow rate of 0.6 l/min or more exists. Suitable for homes with typically one bathroom. Flomate Mains Boost Extra offers a simple, patented solution to the problem of low or intermittent mains water pressure without the need for a cold water break tank. Designed to be connected directly to the incoming mains, Flomate Mains Boost Extra are fully compliant with UK water regulations. Flomate Mains Boost Extra will deliver between 16 litres/minute flow at 3.0 – 30 litres/minute flow at 3.0 bar pressure to multiple outlets within the property, up to the preset cut-in limit of the pressure vessel, at which time the system will deliver 12 litres/minute until demand ends and the pressure vessel recharges.
